POLICY AGREEMENT 

*Service Agreement* By scheduling an appointment with B’s Supa Clean Cars LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions: *1. Appointments and Cancellations* - Appointments must be scheduled in advance. - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. *2. Payment Terms* -50% of the payment is due when booking and the other 50% Payment is due upon completion of services. ( 50% refunds are for canceled appointments not unsatisfied customers!)  We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. - A deposit may be required for certain services. *3. Satisfaction Guarantee* - We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us WHILE GOING OVER THE FINAL WALKTHROUGH, and we will address any issues,. *4. Liability* - B’s Supa Clean Cars LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. - We are not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing process. *5. Service Limitations* - We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that we deem unsafe or in poor condition. - Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or other conditions that require extra time and effort. *6.
